CLIMA Longitudinal Welding Pipe Production Line

Our longitudinal welding pipe production line is a professionally designed production line. The whole line adopts first-class technique in China, it is an automatic and continuous longitudinal welding pipe production line, which has proven easy operation, excellent quality and high efficiency during years of practice.

The longitudinal welding pipe project consists of two parts: structural steel workshop and complete equipment for longitudinal welding pipe production. The production of pipe starts from coil steel, after flattening and cutting sections, the steel panel is moved to digital laser cutter, which cut the panel into trapezium shape according to requirement. The panel is later moved to digital pressing machine where it bend the trapezium sheet to generate the poles. After welding (single or double shell welding machine), the pipe will be moved to a straightening machine to calibrate. In the final, the raw longitudinal welding pipes will be sent to hot dip galvanizing line (Optional for customers).

The capacity of the longitudinal welding pipe production line is from 50 to 90 pipes per working day. It depends on workers' skillfulness and experiences. The Max. diameter of pipe can be 1250mm. Generally speaking, one hour can produce 3 pipes. The welding speed for the single shell pole is 17 minutes one pipe.

The longitudinal welding pipe can be used in various field where the transmissions of crude oil, heat, energy, sewage and other material are needed. It can also be used as the street lighting pole, electric transmission pole. All the specification of the production line can be discussed.
