Digital laser trapezoidal cutting for longitudinal welding pipe production
After flattening and cutting to length line, the steel sheets are sent to the digital laser cutter
to be cut into trapezium shape according to requirement.The sheet shall be put onto the fixing table and be positioned manually, it will be clamped hydraulically. Through transporting table, the sheet will be transported through the double disk shear, then the fabricated product will be packed through separating and unloading device.
Clamping device & localizer is fixed on the moveable table. The localizer could be adjusted manually according to requirement. Two sets of blade clearance adjustment device is equipped on the double disk shear. The blade clearance could be adjusted in horizontal and vertical direction. The value of clearance could be displayed by scale.
Working process
Trapezoidal digital laser cutter can cut one rectangle plate into two trapeziform plates. It could also divide one rectangle plate into two rectangle plates. This machine can be joint with cut-to-length for use. And it can be used solely as well.
When the plate is putting onto the fixed worktable, there are front & side stop-gauge/localizer, after locating the position of plate on the moveable feeding trolley through manual work or motor power, several hydraulic clamping cylinder will clamp the plate on the feeding trolley. The plate will approach the double disc shear as moveable feeding trolley moving ahead.
The operation of moveable feeding trolley adopts DC motor power. Double disc shear adopts DC motor power thus the speed can be adjusted freely.
 The feeding trolley will move along correct direction to remedy the error of plate thickness.
The roller of moveable feeding trolley is rolling on the parallel guide plate. One line of rollers is rolling flatly, the other one is clamping guide plate vertically to make sure the precision of plate --- the linearity of plate edge.
The moiety of plate move into exit trolley, and the other moiety of plate set aside on the moveable feeding trolley after the plate has been sheared.
The roller of exit trolley is working after plate shearing and it can carry the moiety plate out.
And then the fabricated parts will be unloaded through electrical-magnetic cupula.
Feeding trolley will return back for the running of next station.
