Technical flowchart of longitudinal welding pipe production

1.working procedure:

coil steel --- flattening and cut to length ---digital laser cutter --- 4 presses machine ---welding machine (single or double shell) --- straightening machine --- hot dip galvanizing line

The electric poles project consists of two parts: structural steel workshop, complete equipment for longitudinal welding pipe production.

2. In the production line, we don't adopt any conveyer to move the products. We make all the equipment work independently, using hang cranes to move the products from one stage to another stage. It has two advantages. One is to reduce total investment. The other is that conveyer is not suitable to move 16m product, specially when it is not straight.

3. the capacity of the electric poles production line is from 50-90 poles per working day. It depends on workers skillfulness and experiences. Generally speaking, one hour can produce 3 poles. The welding speed for the single shell pole is 17 minutes one pole.
